Agnes M. Sokol has worked in various roles in the fields of product marketing, brand building, and creative writing since 2011. Agnes M. began their career as the Editor-in-Chief of World Wide Creative, a leading innovation agency in Cape Town, South Africa and London, UK. Agnes M. then served as a Startup Mentor/EIR for Savannah Fund, a seed capital fund specializing in investments in early-stage high growth technology startups. In 2012, they joined Credit.com as the first Product Marketing Manager, where they created a comprehensive email marketing program for 400,000+ consumers. In 2014, they moved to Vantiv (now Worldpay) as Product Marketing Manager for the Enterprise Business, where they worked on product features and initiatives and contributed to a $1.9 billion annual revenue. In 2016, they joined MOO as Product & Platform Marketing for MOO Business Services, a 3x Webby award-winning design technology company. In 2017, they were the first Product Marketing Manager hire at Pendo.io, a cloud company. In 2019, they were the Director of Product Marketing and Brand at Network for Good, where they led product marketing and brand-building efforts. In 2020, they became the Director of Product Marketing at Help Scout, a remote-first SaaS company. In 2021, they became Self-Employed as a Consulting Creative Director, Storyteller, and Brand Lead. In 2022, they joined Homebot as Product Marketing, a real estate fintech platform.

Agnes M. Sokol attended the University of Cape Town until 2011, Marquette University until 2007, and the California Institute of the Healing Arts and Sciences, where they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
