Caitlin Schlakman is currently the Chief People Officer at Homebound. Prior to this, they were with PeopleTech Partners and Motive. Caitlin has also held the position of North America Talent Solutions Sales Leader, Key Accounts at LinkedIn, and Head of Global Talent Programs & Employer Branding at Medallia.

Caitlin has extensive experience in talent and employer branding strategies, having worked with some of the most prestigious companies in the world. Caitlin is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new ways to improve their skills and contribute to their team. Caitlin Schlakman has a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural and Social Anthropology from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Houston.

Caitlin Schlakman reports to Nikki Pechet, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Dan Wong - VP, Legal, Spencer Padgett - VP, Construction Operations, and Frances Schendle - VP, Architecture & Design.
