Andrea Cardona

Andrea Cardona has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2019. Andrea began their career as a Recruiter at Temporary Help Inc. (THI Staffing) in November 2013, and worked there until July 2014. In May 2014, they joined Erickson Living as a Communication Specialist and held that position until December 2016.

Afterward, Cardona worked as an Assistant Director at Huntington Learning Center from December 2016 to June 2018. Andrea then moved on to Homecare.com, where they worked as a Staffing Advisor for Business Development starting in June 2018. Cardona was later promoted to the role of Business Development Account Manager in July 2019, and their employment with Homecare.com is ongoing.

Andrea Cardona completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from George Mason University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.
