With over five years in consulting, a proven track record in lean transformations, and expertise in automotive, mechanical engineering, and electronics, Lukas has successfully led multiple projects aimed at optimizing supply chain management, inventory, and productivity for both small & medium-sized enterprises and global corporations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
