Matthew Swinden

Matthew Swinden is currently the Head of People at Starmind, where Matthew utilizes human-centric patented AI to connect employees to expert knowledge. Prior to this role, Matthew held various HR positions at Beekeeper, Pentair, Tyco International, and Manchester Airport. Matthew also founded Message Transfer Limited and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
