Matthew Swinden

Matthew Swinden is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Starmind. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of People, Places & Culture at Beekeeper from April 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of Beekeeper's human resources, including talent acquisition, development, and culture shaping initiatives. Matthew also oversaw the company's physical locations and ensured that they met Beekeeper's branding and values.

Swinden has extensive experience in human resources and has a proven track record of success in scaling companies. Matthew is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Matthew is an effective communicator and motivator, and is able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of an organization.

Matthew Swinden has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Matthew also has a BSC in Computer Science & Psychology from the University of Liverpool. In addition, they have various certifications from Scale-Up Allies LLC, LinkedIn, Senn Delaney, and Achieve Global.
