Vanessa Rementilla

Vanessa Rementilla currently serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at HomeEquity Bank, where a new customer experience practice has been launched to enhance the end-to-end customer and partner experience through digital transformation. Previously, as Executive Director of Experience Design Strategy at Cineplex Digital Media, Vanessa established a human-centered design practice that integrated customer experience strategy, UX design, and digital marketing. Experience includes roles at RBC, where Vanessa led customer experience strategy using design thinking principles, and at VanRem Consulting, as Managing Director, where an experience design practice was founded. Earlier career highlights include leadership at Thindata 1:1 and Blast Radius, overseeing creative services and user experience design for major brands. Vanessa holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from the University of the Philippines.
