María Ángeles Ballester has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. María Ángeles began their career as an intern in the Hotel Valencia Center's Administration Department in 2015. Later that year, they took on an internship in the Population Central Services of Valencia at Ayuntamiento de Valencia.

In 2016, María Ángeles joined Gershon Consulting as an International Business Developer, focusing on enhancing the company's visibility in the United States and establishing partnerships to onboard new clients. María Ángeles then transitioned to HomeExchange, where they held multiple roles.

María Ángeles later became the Country Marketing Manager Spain at HomeExchange, where they were responsible for creating the global marketing strategy for the Spanish market and Spanish-speaking countries. María Ángeles focused on acquisition strategies, email marketing campaigns, and analyzing results.

María Ángeles'smost recent role at HomeExchange is Head of Customer Service, a position they currently hold. In this role, María Ángeles manages a team of over 40 people based in Europe and the USA, focusing on customer satisfaction and creating a proactive team that solves clients' needs efficiently.
