Steve Benavidez is a seasoned telecommunications and network engineer with extensive experience in voice integration and contact center operations. Currently serving as a Voice Integration Engineer at Homefield IT since March 2023, Steve previously held the position of Telecommunications Engineer at Health IQ, where significant accomplishments included expanding the Five9 infrastructure and enhancing first-call resolution rates. Prior experience encompasses over two decades at Expedia Group and Hotels.com, progressing through various roles to become a Network Engineer II. Steve's expertise includes managing outbound dialing campaigns, optimizing telephony infrastructure, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. Steve holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Southwest School of Electronics.
