Theresa Nolan

Theresa Nolan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theresa started their career as a Social Worker/Trainer at Covenant House New York in 2000 and then moved on to Green Chimneys Children's Services in 2002, where they held various roles including Program Director and Division Director. During their time at Green Chimneys Children's Services, Theresa managed the NYC Division and played a key role in developing programs and initiatives for LGBTQ youth. In 2012, Theresa joined Homefull as a Consultant before becoming the Resource Center/Prevention & QA Manager. Theresa then progressed to the position of Chief Performance Officer and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Theresa's expertise and skills have made their a valuable asset in their various roles throughout their career.

Theresa Nolan completed their BS in Psychology and Family Studies from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University from 1997 to 1999.
