Tim Bailey

Tim Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at HomeKeep, a company that focuses on helping homeowners properly maintain their homes. Before joining HomeKeep in 2021, Tim also worked as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Avid Ratings, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's customer experience technology for the homebuilding industry. Tim also served as the Division President for Avid Ratings' operations in Canada. Prior to their time at Avid Ratings, Tim gained experience as the Vice President/Administrator at Stonecroft Homes/Schout Communities, an Account Manager at Great Northern Insulation Inc., a Sales Representative at Remax Twin City Realty Inc. Brokerage, and as the General Manager at Nasco Canada.

Tim Bailey attended Waterloo Oxford District Secondary School from 1982 to 1987, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Tim then went on to study at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Chemistry and Biology.
