Barb Leroy

Barb LeRoy is an experienced professional in community management and recreation services with over a decade of leadership experience. Currently serving as Community Manager at Homeland Housing since January 2021, Barb previously worked for the City of Fort Saskatchewan from January 2009 to October 2019, holding positions as Director of Recreation Services and Manager of Recreation Facility. Barb holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Alberta, completed between 1987 and 1991.
