Duncan Collins-Adams

Duncan Collins-Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public participation and social innovation. Currently serving as Public Participation Manager and Partnerships & Networks Adviser at Wellcome Trust since August 2019, Duncan previously worked with the Social Innovation Exchange (SIX) from August 2016 to July 2019 as Communications & Events Coordinator, where responsibilities included co-designing the Unusual Suspects Festival, which fosters collaboration and social change. Duncan's background also includes roles in the hospitality industry, where skills in communication and service were developed while working in the United Kingdom and Spain. Additional experience includes translating for the Agirre Lehendakaria Centre and teaching English as a second language at Instituto de Gernika. Duncan holds a Master of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of Glasgow, completed in 2016.
