Stephanie Osceola-Parra has a diverse work experience spanning more than two decades. Stephanie began their career as a Recruiter and Account Manager at Romac International/Kforce.com, where they achieved significant sales success and earned awards for their performance. Stephanie then moved on to Human Capital Management, where they assisted in starting up an Executive Search firm and recruited professionals in various fields, servicing accounts like Tyco International and Tech Data Corporation.
Following this, Stephanie joined Vertis Communications as a Corporate Recruiting Manager, responsible for recruiting sales positions and assisting with corporate and field operation roles in the print, marketing, and advertising industry. Stephanie then took on the role of Contractor at Entrance Point, focusing on client relations and programs.
Stephanie later joined Global Search Partners, where they served as a Senior Partner, driving the start-up and growth of a boutique Executive Search and Consulting business. Stephanie specialized in hiring Sales and Marketing professionals, managing retained, contingency, and contract positions for middle to executive-level roles.
In 2013, Stephanie joined Kforce Inc as a Recruiting Manager and Business Partner, where they led the Internal Recruiting Team supporting Enterprise Accounts and Advanced Services and Solutions teams. Stephanie hired, trained, developed, and managed a team of recruiters and held regular meetings with senior leadership.
From there, Stephanie moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Advisor, providing strategic talent acquisition support for senior leaders and managers in the Sales Marketing and Global Services department.
Currently, Stephanie serves as the Director of Talent Management at HOMELAND LLC. In this role, they act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, guiding the organization in attracting, developing, and retaining a talented workforce to drive business success and create a thriving work environment. Additionally, they work as a career consultant, collaborating with mid to senior-level professionals in their job search and career advancement.
