Prior to this, they worked at TruLocal, Inc. as the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics, where they developed and implemented data strategy, launched product and marketing initiatives, and managed the data infrastructure. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics and Optimization at Glassdoor, where they owned data infrastructure, reporting, and optimization analyses for digital marketing and managed a multi-million dollar advertising budget. Alexander also has experience in business intelligence roles at Sungevity and The Cambridge Group, as well as working as a research analyst at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Alexander Chun completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences, Mathematics, and Economics at Northwestern University from 2005 to 2009. Alexander then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2013 to 2015.
