Rano A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rano started their career in 2008 as a Mutual Fund Analyst/Data Manager at Failaka Advisors. In 2010, they transitioned to working as a Consultant at Novixel, where they provided assistance in financial statement review, valuation, and purchase and sale processes for clients. Rano then joined Redfin in 2015, starting as a Senior Lead Agent and later progressing to roles such as Market Manager and Team Manager. During their time at Redfin, they led teams and implemented strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In 2021, Rano joined HomeLight as the Head of Real Estate Operations and was later promoted to Director of Operations - Real Estate and Mortgage in 2022.
