Dustin Figge

Dustin Figge's work experience begins in 2011 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at arvato AG. Dustin later transitioned to the role of Global F&A Manager at the same company. In 2010, they co-founded Talents Connect AG. In 2015, they became a Co-Founder, Shareholder, and Member of the advisory board at The Homelike, the largest online marketplace for long-term furnished apartment rentals. Most recently, in 2022, Dustin co-founded Sola, a boutique villa hotel project in Sri Lanka.

Dustin Figge pursued their education at the University of Cologne from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Management. Dustin'sstudies focused on Supply Chain Management & Management Science and Corporate Finance. In 2008, they also participated in a semester abroad program at the Universidad autonoma de Barcelona, where they expanded their knowledge in the field of Business Administration and Management, specifically in a general context.
