Jackie Melka

Jackie Melka has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2006, Melka worked as a Marketing Associate and Portfolio Administrator for Feldman Securities Group L.L.C until 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Melka was employed as a Customer Service Representative at Gourmet Gorilla, Inc. Good Food For Kids. Melka then joined RIM logistics, ltd in 2011 and held various positions including Operational Account Manager, Marketing Analyst, and Technology Solutions Manager until 2019. Melka's most recent role was at Homelink Corporation, where they served as a Salesforce Business Analyst from 2019 to 2021 and currently holds the position of Director of IT and Business Systems.

Jackie Melka has a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications and Business from Indiana University Bloomington. They also have a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Richmond, The American International University in London. Additionally, Jackie has the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification provided by Salesforce.
