Heather Livingston is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Licensed Mortgage Professional at Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC since January 2020, Heather has previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Academy Mortgage Corporation and held positions at PHH Mortgage and Guild Mortgage Company as a Mortgage Advisor and Loan Originator, respectively. Earlier experience includes underwriting roles at Bank of America and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where loan decisions were made based on financial assessments. An accomplished Loan Originator, Heather achieved significant volume in loan closings at Clear 2 Close Mortgage. Education includes an Associate's degree from Midlands Technical College and a diploma from Lexington High School.
