Christabel Obeng

Christabel Obeng has had a varied career, beginning with their role as a Drama and English Teacher at Cressey College in 2013. Christabel then moved on to become an HR Assistant at Livity in 2016, before joining Edelman in 2017 as an HR and Projects Coordinator UK & EMEA (Temp). In the same year, they began their role at Capita as a Business Support and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for reporting into the Chief Procurement Officer and supporting a team of 140 people across the UK and Poland. Christabel also acted as the subject matter expert on Workday On/Off boarding, Recruitment, Annual leave, Absence Managment and Performance Review Process. In 2021, Christabel began their current role as People Operations Manager at Homeppl.

Christabel Obeng has completed a CIPD in Human Resources Management and Services from ICS Learn between 2018 and 2019. Christabel also holds a BA (Hons) English and Theater Studies from Brunel University, obtained between 2010 and 2013, with a focus in Literature and The Arts. Additionally, they have obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
