Katie Kemp has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Katie began their career at MARKET SECURITIES LLP as a Personal Assistant in 2015. Katie then moved to Premium Boutique Mojacar as a Manager in the same year. In 2016, they joined RSVP (Media Response) Ltd as an Escalations Supervisor. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Secret Escapes in various roles, including Service Delivery Executive, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service and Operations Executive. Katie is currently working at Homeppl as a Customer Support Team Lead, Customer Support & Guarantid Process Improvement Co-ordinator, Senior Customer Support Analyst, and Customer Support Analyst.
