David Barker

David Barker has extensive experience in the property management industry. David started their career at Home Encounter in 2013, where they worked as a Leasing Coordinator, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and eventually became a Team Leader. In 2015, they joined HomeRiver Group as a Senior Property Manager and later transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager. David then served as a Senior Portfolio Manager, leading a team in managing over 1,100 units across the Southeast U.S. David's impressive track record led to their promotion to Director of Institutional Accounts, where they managed a team of senior portfolio managers and oversaw a portfolio of 6,200 units in multiple markets. Currently, David holds the position of Portfolio Vice President at HomeRiver Group, where they continue to excel in cultivating client relationships and managing portfolios.
