Dustin Flynn began their work experience in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at GameStop, where they trained new hires, built a team-based culture, and fostered a customer service-driven atmosphere. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at South West Florida Land, Co., initially as a Web Designer, managing the company website and outside land sale databases, and later as a Sales Lead, acquiring new clients and facilitating sales closings. In 2011, they were a Student Assistant at Collin College, administering tests, scheduling appointments for exams, training new hires, and providing excellent customer service. Starting in 2014, Dustin worked at ONEprop, Inc. as a Property Manager Support and then as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing a real estate portfolio, minimizing resident occupancy expenses, managing property repairs and rental collections, and educating clients on lease contracts and property codes. In 2016, they joined Property Frameworks as a Senior Property Manager, mentoring a team of junior property managers and effectively managing a portfolio of 275 homes. In 2020, they became the Manager of Operations at HomeRiver Group.

Dustin Flynn attended Cape Coral High School, but the exact dates of their attendance are unknown. After graduating from high school, they continued their education at Collin College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Dustin then transferred to The University of Texas at Dallas and studied there from 2013 to 2014, completing their Bachelor's degree. In addition to their formal education, Dustin Flynn obtained a license as a Real Estate Agent from TREC.
