Wayne Hunt has extensive work experience in the field of property management and production management. From 2021 to the present, Wayne has been the Director of Property Management at HomeRiver Group, overseeing a portfolio of over 650 properties and leading a team of 7 professionals. Wayne'sresponsibilities include maintenance, leasing, legal compliance, vendor relationships, financial management, business development, and training. Wayne also focuses on reputation management and reporting on key performance indicators.

Prior to their role at HomeRiver Group, Wayne worked at Inland Publications, Inc. from 2006 to 2021 as a Production Manager. With a team of 4 designers, they managed the production of over 80 print and digital products annually. Wayne collaborated on ad campaigns, oversaw the entire publication design process, and implemented process improvement and quality control measures. Additionally, they managed two sales support staff members and handled administrative duties and sales marketing materials.

Following their undergraduate studies, Wayne pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Gonzaga University from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
