David Liu

David Liu is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in designing and managing multi-family residential projects, currently serving as the Multi-Family Team Lead at Homes by Avi (Canada) Inc. since 2011. David's career spans various roles, including designer positions at The Tarjan Group, Kasian Architecture, and S2 Architecture, where skills in producing detailed working drawings, developing projects from concept to construction documentation, and reviewing regulations were honed. Notable projects include the Family Crisis Centre and Affordable Housing in Fort McMurray and the Out-Patient Complex of Zhongnan Hospital in Wuhan. David holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Wuhan University of Technology.
