Jon Showalter

Jon Showalter has extensive work experience in the construction and mining industries. Jon began their career at Massey Energy in 1993 as a Mining Engineer and worked there until 1994. Showalter then joined Homes By Dickerson in 1994 as a Project Manager, where they held this role until 2008. From 2008 until 2019, Showalter was promoted to VP of Operations at Homes By Dickerson. In January 2019, they were appointed as the Chief Operations Officer and VP, a role they currently hold.

Jon Showalter received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications as a Certified Green Professional from Home Innovation Research Labs in May 2010, and as a General Contractor Qualifying Agent from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.
