Leeann Rasachak

LeeAnn Rasachak currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota CDFI Coalition and as the CEO of WomenVenture, both positions held since 2021. Additionally, LeeAnn is a member of the Board of Directors for Homes for Heroes® since March 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Product & Corporate Marketing at RBC Wealth Management and Director of Digital Media & Platforms at Securian Financial Group. LeeAnn's extensive background in marketing and communications includes senior positions at TE Connectivity, Sleep Number by Select Comfort, and service on various advisory councils and boards, including the Minnesota PRSA and Hughes Foundation. Educational achievements include a Master's in Business Administration from Hamline University and a Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
