Lindsay Monroe

Lindsay Monroe has over 18 years of work experience in talent acquisition. Lindsay is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at HomeServe USA since 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand from 2009 to 2023, including Director of North America Talent Acquisition & Global Process Owner and Talent Acquisition Leader & Global Process Owner. Before joining Ingersoll Rand, Lindsay worked as a Sr. Sourcing Consultant at Wachovia Bank from 2005 to 2008 and as a Recruiting Manager at Mobius Search from 2004 to 2006.

Lindsay Monroe earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Fitness from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1994 to 1998.
