Sylvester Criscone

Sylvester Criscone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in contractor management, operations, and telecommunications. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Contractor Management & Administration at HomeServe USA since January 2015, Sylvester is responsible for building a contractor network that achieves over 470,000 timely repairs annually while ensuring outstanding customer service and efficient technology use. Prior to HomeServe USA, Sylvester held various leadership positions at Affinion Group, where responsibilities included overseeing a complex $60M customer service organization and achieving significant cost savings through strategic vendor management. Sylvester's career also includes senior roles at Avon Products, Ascom Timeplex, Andersen Consulting, and service as a Telecommunications Specialist in the US Army. Sylvester holds a BS in Telecommunications from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an A.A.S. in Telecommunications from Hudson Valley Community College.
