Tom Rusin

Tom Rusin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tom started their career as the President/Owner of a retail travel agency called Just For Travel. After eight successful years, they became the President & C.E.O of North America for Affinion Group, where they managed over $1 billion in revenues and over $240 million in EBITDA. Tom then served as a Board Director at Ambassadors Group Inc. before joining HomeServe USA as the Chief Executive Officer. Tom played a crucial role in establishing HomeServe North America as an independent provider of emergency home repair service plans. In 2017, Tom joined HomeServe Plc as a Board Director and later became the Global CEO of HomeServe Membership, overseeing the largest division of the company, which provides emergency home assistance policies to millions of customers worldwide. In 2021, they assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at HomeServe USA.

Tom Rusin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business, completing their studies from 1986 to 1990.
