Julie Gibbons

Julie Gibbons has extensive experience in customer service and managerial roles. julie has been working as a Customer Service Representative at HomeServe since January 2016. Prior to that, julie worked at Wilko for over 20 years, starting as a Customer Service Assistant and eventually becoming an Assistant Branch Manager and then a Branch Manager. In their role as a store manager, julie was responsible for managing a large retail outlet and driving sales, increasing footfall, and developing their team to deliver exceptional service to the community. Throughout their career, julie has focused on meeting customer service targets and ensuring shop floor standards are met.
