Kirsty Allen

Kirsty Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Governance & Risk at HomeServe since December 2019, Kirsty defines and oversees the enterprise-wide risk framework while advising on governance matters. Prior roles include Head of Compliance (Governance) & Risk and Senior Compliance Manager at HSBC Bank UK, where focus was on regulatory compliance for the Commercial Bank. Kirsty also held senior associate positions at the Financial Conduct Authority, supervising consumer credit firms and retail insurers. Earlier in the career, Kirsty spent over 15 years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK in various engineering roles, emphasizing quality assurance and capital investment project management. Kirsty holds a BEng (Hons) in Engineering with Environmental Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
