Amy Tuson has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Amy started their career in 2004 as a Sous Chef at Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill. Amy then worked as a Sous Chef at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from 2005 to 2008. Amy joined Davy's Wine Merchants in 2008 as a Head Chef and stayed there until 2011. Amy then worked at Fuller, Smith & Turner as a Head Chef from 2011 to 2014. Amy continued their career at Living Ventures Group of Companies and served as a Head Chef from 2014 to 2015. Amy then worked at Revere Pub Company as a Head Chef from 2015 to 2016. Amy worked at 'SMITHS' of Smithfield as a Head Chef for a brief period in 2016 before joining Ralph Lauren as an Exec.Head Chef from 2016 to 2018. Amy then worked at The Century Club as an Executive Chef for a few months in 2018. Currently, Amy serves as the Operations Director at Homeslice Pizza, a position they have held since August 2019.

Amy Tuson attended London Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Amy also obtained a certification in food preparation and cookery at NVQ Level 3 in 2006, and a certification in food safety at level 3 from cieh.
