Gregg Poiry

Gregg Poiry has a strong background in the real estate industry, with extensive experience in various roles. Gregg began their career at The RAND Corporation, where they served as the Director of Business Services from 1987 to 1997. Following this, they joined Shorewood Realtors, where they created and directed the real estate division responsible for managing the sale of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) properties. Gregg held this position from 1998 to 2014. In 2014, Gregg joined HK Lane Real Estate as a Realtor, and later became the Sales Manager from 2015 to 2016. Gregg then joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, serving as a Sales Manager from 2016 to 2017, and subsequently as a Broker Associate from 2017 to 2018. Gregg currently works at HomeSmart Professionals, where they hold the role of Associate Broker and Director of Education since December 2018.

Gregg Poiry completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration from 1987 to 1990. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including the Cal BRE Broker license from the Bureau Of Real Estate in July 2016, the Cal BRE Salesperson certification from the Bureau Of Real Estate in November 1998, and the Secret Clearance from the Department of Defence in November 1990.
