Emma Davidson is the MLS Key Account Manager at Homesnap. Emma has also worked as the Director of Day Camp at Temple Rodef Shalom and the Coordinator of Exhibitor & Sponsor Relations at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA).

At Homesnap, Emma is responsible for managing relationships with MLSs and ensuring that they are getting the most out of the Homesnap platform. Emma is a trusted advisor to their clients, and works tirelessly to help them grow their businesses.

Before joining Homesnap, Emma spent four years at Temple Rodef Shalom, where they served as the Director of Day Camp. In this role, they were responsible for everything from staff training and recruitment to camp programming and budget management. Emma was also a member of the senior staff at TRS, and participated in board meetings.

In 2020, Emma designed and implemented virtual programming for over 200 campers when in-person camp was not possible due to the pandemic.

Prior to their work at Temple Rodef Shalom, Emma was the Coordinator of Exhibitor & Sponsor Relations at RILA. In this role, they managed exhibitor and sponsor relationships for RILA’s annual Retail Leadership Conference.

Emma is a graduate of James Madison University, where they studied Communications.

Their manager is Dave Gildea, VP, Business MLS Operations. They are on a team with Laura Hudson - MLS Key Account Manager, Liz Tewksbury - MLS Operations Director, and Noah Merlin - Senior MLS Account Manager.
