Jamie Beth Palmer

Jamie Beth Palmer, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Homestar Financial Corporation since August 2014. Throughout a progressive career at Homestar, Jamie held multiple positions including Manager of Human Resources, Human Resources Supervisor, Senior Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Representative, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and training. Prior to Homestar, Jamie worked at Ralph Lauren from May 2011 to August 2014 in various roles within operations and human resources, culminating as Assistant Manager Operations / Human Resources. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with dual minors in Business Administration and Sociology from the University of North Georgia, earned between 2006 and 2011.
