Previously, Nelson held positions as Restaurant General Manager and Kitchen Manager at King's Hawaiian from October 2020 to September 2022 and has experience as a Restaurant Manager at Kings Hawaiian Bakery & Restaurant. Nelson's career also includes a role as General Manager at Fresh Brothers, along with consultancy at Ojai Bowls, and various managerial positions at Rubio's Restaurants, Sliced Right Personal Pizza, and Stefanos Pizzeria, where Nelson was also a District Manager and part owner. Early in the career, Nelson worked as a Banker at Citi. Nelson holds a professional development credential from UCLA Extension.

Our flour tortillas are made to order, by hand, and served hot off the comal, etc. Our brisket, queso and salsas; are made from whole foods, in-house, every day. Our locations in Hollywood and Highland Park are filled with friendly people, great music and a Playa Vista location is slated to open in March, 2019.
