Stella Ness

Stella Ness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, finance, and real estate. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist at the State of Wisconsin since August 2020, Stella is involved with Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS). In addition, Stella holds the position of Licensed Real Estate Professional at HOMESTEAD REALTY INC from July 2023. Previously, Stella was the Accounts Payable Manager at Wisconsin State Fair Park from January 2019 to August 2020, and before that, worked for the Department of Corrections-Wisconsin as an Auditor from July 2007 to January 2019. Stella's earlier roles include Purchasing Agent and Financial Specialist Advanced - Lead Worker. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Lakeland University (2002-2004) and an Associate's degree in Records and Information Management Technician from Chippewa Valley Technical College (1991-1993).
