Bob Granfelt

Bob Granfelt has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on credit administration and management. Bob is currently serving as the SVP Senior Credit Administrator at HomeStreet Bank since July 2020. Previously, they held various positions at Opus Bank from 2012-2020, including EVP Chief Credit Officer Commercial Real Estate and SVP - Senior Regional Credit Administrator. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President and Credit Administrator at Homestreet Bank from 2009-2012. Bob also has experience at WaMu as the SVP National Credit Manager - Commercial R/E lending from 2007-2009, and at Washington Mutual Bank as the SVP, Manager, Relationship Strategy, Commercial Real Estate from 2005-2007. Bob began their career at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as VP & Manager Seattle Rep from 1987-2002.

Bob Granfelt attended the University of Washington from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing. Bob then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Seattle University from 1984 to 1987, specializing in Business.
