Delian Deltchev

Delian Deltchev has a strong background in law, specializing in commercial real estate. Delian currently holds the role of First Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Counsel at HomeStreet Bank, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten LLP from December 2018 to August 2021. Before that, they served as an Attorney at Lewis Brisbois from March 2017 to November 2018. Delian began their legal career at Ewing Anderson, P.S. in November 2005, where they worked as an Attorney and later became a Partner. Delian'stenure at Ewing Anderson, P.S. ended in February 2017.

Delian Deltchev completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations at Gonzaga University from 2000 to 2002. Delian then pursued a JD degree in Law at Gonzaga University School of Law from 2002 to 2005.
