Nancy Pellegrino

Nancy Pellegrino has over 30 years of leadership experience in financial services, complemented by 20 years of public and nonprofit board service. Currently serving as a Board Director and ERMC Chair at HomeStreet Bank since October 2019, Nancy previously held the position of Principal at Pellegrino Advisory Services, LLC, advising high-achieving clients from January 2016 to December 2023. Nancy's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Director and Regional CEO at Citi, President and Regional Executive at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, and Senior VP/Regional Sales Manager at Banc One Corp. Nancy began their financial career at Texas Commerce Bank Trust Company, ultimately overseeing the oil and gas division. An alumnus of Vanderbilt University, University of Virginia Darden School of Business, University of Oxford, and Northwestern University, Nancy brings a diverse educational background to their professional endeavors.
