Moe Khan

VP, Engineering at Hometap

Moe Khan is the current VP of Engineering at Hometap. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle for over three years, first as the Senior Director of Platform Engineering and then as the Senior Director, Communications SaaS Architecture.

Moe has been instrumental in the SaaS transformation of the business unit. Moe is responsible for driving strategy, roadmap, and architecture for the communications product portfolio comprised of cloud native architecture, CI/CD development pipelines, DevOps, and ML/AI platforms in an Agile environment. Moe has also droven collaboration with sales, customers, and greater Oracle functional teams.

Some key responsibilities Moe has had in the past include leading a team of 100+ hardware, software, and quality assurance engineers with ownership of strategy, project schedules, and a budget of over $20M. Moe has also been responsible for engagement with customers, sales, product management, and the office of the CTO to ensure appropriate communication of platform specific engineering plans and strategic direction.

Moe Khan graduated from Shrewsbury High School and then went on to Worcester Polytechnic Institute where they received their BS in Electrical Engineering. After that, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management where they received their MBA.

Moe Khan reports to Jeff Glass, Co-Founder, President & CEO. Moe Khan works with Rachel Keohan - VP, Marketing, Miro Georgiev - Director of IT and Information Security, and Adam Jaskievic - VP, Compliance & Investment Ops.
