Erin Schneider has been working in the care and bereavement industry since 2006. Erin began their career at the American Cancer Society as a Patient Navigator. In 2016, they started their own business, Concierge Bereavement Services, LLC, where they help families navigate the logistics of closing out an estate when a loved one dies. Two years later, they established Concierge Legacy Care and has been the Business Owner since then. In 2020, they joined Homethrive, Inc as a Care Guide.

Erin Schneider obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1996 and 2000. Erin then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago between 2001 and 2003. In 2018, they became Care Manager Certified (CMC) through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Erin is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Missouri Divison of Professional Regulation.
