Emma Ervin is a product owner at HomeTown Ticketing. Emma has also worked as a research project manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where they led and managed all aspects of research projects under Dr. Kelly Kelleher. These projects included PEDSnet, a Pediatric Learning Health System; SUAY (Safer Use of Antipsychotics in Youth), a pragmatic encouragement trial that tested the effectiveness of an intervention aiming to improve the safer use of antipsychotics; and Healthy Beginnings at Home, a housing stabilization program for pregnant women.

Ervin's responsibilities for these projects included leading and maintaining multi-site collaboration through preparation of IRBs, software licenses and legal agreements; implementing projects from generation of ideas to implementation, monitoring, and project sustainability or closeout; monitoring budget on all projects; leading efforts of multiple work groups (IT, research, compliance, security, parent advocates, legal, leadership); prioritizing project and resource allocation; collecting and monitoring research data including use of Epic systems; management of healthcare data; tracking team metrics; and serving as a liaison between principal investigator and project sponsor.
