Matt Horton

Matt Horton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in compliance, operations, and fraud investigation. Matt is currently the Head of Compliance at Hometree since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Compliance Manager at heycar from January 2023 to November 2023. From December 2021 to January 2023, they served as a Compliance Manager at Wayhome. Before transitioning into compliance roles, Matt worked as a Compliance and Operations Manager at Michael Graham Estate Agents from July 2020 to November 2021, and as a Compliance and Training Officer from July 2019 to July 2020. Matt also gained experience as a Fraud Investigator at MCE Insurance Ltd from March 2019 to July 2019. Matt's earlier work experience includes serving as a Police Officer from September 2013 to March 2019.

Matt Horton attended the University of Northampton from 2012 to 2015, majoring in Applied Criminal Justice BA(Hons).
