Bob Thibaut

Bob Thibaut has a diverse work experience in the banking and corporate sectors. Bob is currently working as the Vice President, Consumer Training Manager at HomeTrust Bank since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at U.S. Bank, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President - Training Manager from October 2018 to August 2022. Bob also served as a Corporate Trainer from October 2015 to October 2018 at U.S. Bank.

Before joining U.S. Bank, Bob worked at Enterprise Holdings Inc. Bob held the role of Training and Development Specialist from November 2011 to October 2015, where they focused on assisting employees in maintaining and developing their skills. Bob also gained management experience as part of a management trainee program at Enterprise Holdings Inc. from March 2011 to November 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Callback Representative from March 2010 to March 2011, where they managed rental extensions and collaborated with insurance companies and rental branches.

Bob Thibaut has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theater from Saint Louis University. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Du Bourg High School from 1996 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Bob obtained a Trainer Certification from Owensboro Community and Technical College in August 2016.
