Larry Goodman

Larry Goodman has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Larry is currently the Chief Executive Officer at HomeVestors of America, Inc., where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of the same company from 2022 to 2023. Before joining HomeVestors, Larry was the Chief Revenue Officer at Jetty from 2021 to 2022 and the Chief Operating Officer, Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield from 2020 to 2021. From 2010 to 2020, Larry was the Chief Operating Officer at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they oversaw all day-to-day operations of a large real estate services company. Larry also worked as an Independent Consultant from 2009 to 2010, where they managed investments for a FDIC subsidiary. Larry began their career in the real estate industry at Morgan Stanley/Lend Lease/Equitable Real Estate, where they served as an Executive Director from 1993 to 2008. Throughout their career, Larry has gained extensive experience in acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, and portfolio management in the real estate sector.

Larry Goodman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The University of Alabama in 1987. Larry also holds several certifications including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from CCIM Institute, Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI International, Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global, and a Real Estate Development Certificate from Urban Land Institute.
