Caitlin Kramer

Caitlin Kramer is an experienced software integration engineer currently employed at Saab Australia since January 2021, following a role as a graduate software engineer. Caitlin has also held positions in various organizations, including serving as a student ambassador for Engineers Australia, executive secretary for the Golden Key International Honour Society at Flinders University, and a student engineer at Inovor Technologies, where machine learning applications in satellite imagery were explored. Previous internships at Thales and Nanyang Polytechnic involved hands-on experience in robotic engineering and the development of 3D imaging systems. Caitlin's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Robotic Engineering from Flinders University, completed in 2021. Currently, Caitlin is participating in Homeward Bound Projects as of May 2023, focusing on leadership and empowerment in the STEM field.
