Sarah Derry

Sarah Derry serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Homeward Bound Projects, a global initiative aimed at empowering women with STEMM backgrounds to enhance leadership skills for a sustainable future. Before this role, Sarah held various executive positions at Accor, including Chief Executive Officer for the Pacific and Senior Vice President Talent & Culture, overseeing operations across numerous hotels and team members. Additionally, Sarah has extensive experience as a Board & Leadership Advisor, keynote speaker, and executive coach, focusing on transformational leadership and innovation. Educational qualifications include a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and various certifications in coaching and human resources.
