Abhimanyu V. currently serves as the Valuation Lead for India at Homeward since July 2023. Previously, Abhimanyu held multiple roles at Flyhomes from January 2020 to July 2023, including Lead Associate and Specialist in Valuation & Research. Earlier experience includes an Associate position in Valuation & Advisory Services at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2018 to January 2020, and conducting property valuations at JLL, ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, and as a Trainee Engineer with Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. and Border Roads Organisation. Abhimanyu possesses a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, and has a strong background in market research, financial modeling, and value assessment across various asset classes.
