Director of Customer Experience at Homeward

Katie Thornell has held various roles throughout their work experience. Katie started their career at Texas Medical Liability Trust as an Outside Sales Representative from 2010 to 2013. Katie then joined The Heyl Group at Keller Williams as a Listing Specialist- Realtor in 2013, where they still currently works. In 2019, they became the Director of Customer Experience at Homeward, and they continue to hold this position.

Katie Thornell attended Chapman University from 2005 to 2006, and then transferred to The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied for three years from 2006 to 2009.
